Solution Statement
            When understanding the tight budget for the Office Suite, saving the client’s money was a priority. The focus of this project is to attract students 18-28 of age to feel comfortable and safe to talk about their financial problems. The budget of this space is really tight, but with a simple touch of the selected materials and furniture, it does the job to attract clients with financial issues. The selected materials chosen for this project were to demonstrate a Starbucks concept. The leather upholstery, wall paint, solid wood, stainless steel, and cowhide rug gives the space an industrial look as well as a Starbucks theme, that attracts students to a comfortable, safe, and convenient environment.

It is a Green Product. Concrete is made of water, cement, gravel, sand, and air.
Installation:
The concrete was already installed while the building was being built.
Maintenance:
Concrete should be regularly sealed with a concrete sealer once the previous seal has worn down. Seals are available in both matte and high gloss finishes. Chips and divots can be patched with a concrete patcher. It is recommended that a trained professional should apply a concrete overlay in cases in an emergency. A concrete overlay is a new surface for your pre-existing concrete, and can be finished like normal concrete.

Installation:
The stainless steel countertops will be already installed because it is already part of the furniture. The underlayment is made from 1.5" thick premium medium density fiberboard (MDF) for a more solid surface. The stainless steel covering rolls down over the edges of the MDF core, covering all sides evenly. A melamine, laminate-like backing allows for easy drilling when attaching to your base cabinetry. A straight sheet of stainless steel, without underlayment or backing, the backsplashes are pre-drilled for attachment to your counter or wall.
Maintenance:
Stainless Steel is strong, durable, hygienic, heat resistant, and easy to clean. It features heavy duty true commercial grade (16 gauge stainless steel).

Stool: It is an integration of solid wood and raw steel.
Installation:
Minimal assembly is required for the stool.
·         Remove bolt and washer from seat post using hex key.
·         Align seat with base and turn clockwise until seat is tight.
·         Insert bolt and washer.
·         Tighten with hex key.
·         To adjust seat height turn counter-clockwise.
Minimal assembly is required for the Island. The Island is already set up and installed.
Maintenance:
Stool Care:
·         Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
·         Hardware may loosen over time.
·         Periodically check that all connections are tight.
·         Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
·         To protect finish, avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners.
Island Care:
·         Wash with soap, detergent, or solvent such as alcohol or acetone.
·         Rinse well with cold water and wipe dry.
·         Rust prevention: Soak parts in 9:1 warm water to nitric acid solution for up to 1 hour or wash thoroughly with water.
·         Wet the surface with oxalic acid solution and leave it for approximately 20 minutes.
